    Crews were able to rescue a woman from the river, who said the man was inside the vehicle with her at the time of the crash. First responders spotted the woman struggling in the middle of the river heading north with the current. An unidentified woman was rescued from the crash and taken to Norwalk Hospital. Rescuers found a private boat nearby and used it to rescue the woman.
