"With its Big Format Gaming Display (BFGD) initiative, Nvidia is making a play to bring the best of PC gaming to the living room-or wherever it is that folks want to hang a massive 65" screen. It also offers two of Nvidia's other proprietary technologies. It also comes with Google Assistant built in so you can control the entire device using your voice. But that was before big format gaming displays - or BFGDs. Well, Nvidia has already introduced us to their discoveries, and among that is the Shield built-in and G-Sync supportive screens, who among the other, will support a tear and stutter-free gaming. The bundled SHIELD remote and game controller allow for easy navigation and access to all of the world's biggest streaming apps, including Netflix, Amazon Video, YouTube and Hulu.

The integrated NVIDIA Shield means that when you aren't gaming you are able to use the Shield technology to stream TV and watch movies.

Nvidia has collaborated with several hardware manufacturers, including Asus, HP, and Acer, to produce the new 65-inch displays. The display is also ready for HDR content, as it has a full direct-array backlight that's capable of delivering 1,000 cd/m² peak brightness, with local dimming functionality.
