TCU campus all clear after armed shuttle driver fires shot

According to local news station CBS DFW, local police said two employees of a campus shuttle service got into an argument leading one employee to shoot at the other. One driver fired a gun at the other but missed. The suspected shooter is still at large.

"Seek safe shelter immediately", the university said in a social media message.

The school said the suspect is still at large, but police have found RoadRunner shuttle bus #24171. Anyone who sees the bus is urged to call 911 or 817-257-7777.

Students are being told to shelter in place and be on the lookout for a black male with a white shirt.

TCU's First Associate Chancellor of Public Safety said they plan to temporarily have armed and unarmed guards on the shuttles to reassure students and staff.

According to NBC, the nearby Alice Carlson Applied Learning Center in the Fort Worth Independent School District was also placed on lock down following the shooting.
