The third through eighth "Star Trek: Discovery" episodes will be streamed Sundays, from October 1 though November 5, with the new "After Trek", episodes streamed at 6:30 p.m. Then scroll to the end of this article and take the poll, letting us know what you thought about the new opening sequence.

FOX | Who Shot Biggie & Tupac? did 2.8 mil and a 1.1.

CBS All Access West Coast subscribers will have the opportunity to watch the premiere simultaneously to its East Coast broadcast premiere, which is expected to be around 8:30 p.m.

There were warning signs, there was drama behind the scenes, but against all odds, Star Trek: Discovery is coming strong out of the gate. Instead, Netflix has chosen a much more reasonable Easter Egg for fans - the entire 15-episode run of Discovery will have an option to view subtitles in the Klingon language of tlhIngan Hol. She even called Michael Burnham "Number One", a term used by Picard to refer to his first officer. On the other, it makes flawless sense to talk about them together: I can't think of another time when a new TV show has launched and, after less than an hour, asked viewers to pay for a streaming service they probably don't want in order to continue.

Discovery is set roughly 10 years before the start of the original 1960s TV series starring William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy.

This includes the big screen outings, which found recent success between the latest two TV series in the form of JJ Abrams reboot of the original canon in 2009, 2013 follow-up Star Trek Into Darkness and last year's Star Trek Beyond.

Note: We're avoiding major spoilers in this review of Star Trek: Discovery's two-part premiere.

Oumar Niasse helps Everton see off Bournemouth
Everton have met Bournemouth eight times in all competitions, winning all four home games and six matches overall. Everton nerves were soothed, however, when Lukaku scored on 83 and 84 minutes.

Discovery stacks up OK against Star Trek Enterprise and the other instalments in the franchise, but compared to more complex and sophisticated shows like The Expanse, it seems lacking in a few key places.

Played by Sonequa Martin-Green (formerly of The Walking Dead), Burnham is a complex, intelligent and headstrong character, and she's immediately engaging as the central character of the first Trek TV series in 12 years. Georgiou - once again in Trek tradition - counsels diplomacy, but in a break from the franchise's usual peacenik ways is shown to be wrong.

Starring Sonequa Martin-Green, Doug Jones, Shazad Latif, Jason Isaacs and Michelle Yeoh, the series will premiere on Netflix every Monday.

The second one picks up as T'Kuvma convinces most of the Klingon leaders that he could lead them to victory.

Ultimately, what we're trying to say here is mostly that it's not that enormous of an investment, and if you do love Star Trek and want some quality fall programming, it's probably worth the buy.

"Star Trek is best when it's hopeful, but hope shines brightest amid horror".

Thankfully, we have plenty more Star Trek: Discovery to enjoy this season!
