One Illinois resident is waking up a multi-millionaire this morning after winning Friday night's $393 million Mega Millions jackpot.

The Illinois Lottery said Saturday that someone bought the ticket at Nick's Barbecue in Palos Heights.

The jackpot is the fifth largest in the history of the game, the Lottery said. One ticket was sold in Washington, and the others were sold in California and Ohio.

More than 51.6 million prizes have won at all levels since April, including 55 prizes of $1 million or more.

For the first time, Mega Millions and Powerball jackpots surpassed $350 million at the same time. The winning numbers drawn Friday night were 23, 33, 53, 56, 58 and the Mega Ball was 6.

That's a cash value of $224 million if you take the lump sum.

I don't typically play Powerball, but whenever the jackpots get super high I (like everyone else on the planet) head to the store to grab a ticket or two. The jackpot starts at 15 million and has been growing since the last victor back in April.

The odds of winning the Mega Millions is 258.9 million to one, a very slim amount.
