Gunman on the loose after killing 3 in Alabama

Three people have reportedly been killed at a mobile home park in Alabama.

"We have three victims deceased on the scene, their identities can not be released at this time", Gardendale Police said on Facebook. They told who see him not to approach him and call 9-1-1 immediately, as he's considered armed and risky.

Some reports suggest that past year in December a judge issued an order telling Lever to stay away from his ex-wife Dana Lever and their daughter.

Police also reported that his vehicle is a black 2007 Lincoln Navigator with a Florida tag 689NFN.

Walker declined comment on court cases involving Lever. The girl had been seeing a therapist, who reached out to the mother with some concerns.

Walker said later that the manhunt could be anywhere in Alabama or the Florida Panhandle. 'My daughter has a different disposition when she returns home, ' the woman wrote. "She is very clingy to me and will not let me leave her".

Court records show his trial in York County Court was scheduled for September 11.
