Previously only available with Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Activision has revealed that this iconic first person shooter will launch with the full campaign and the 16 multiplayer maps fans know and love from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. "Modern Warfare" cemented "Call of Duty" as a must-play series, and the title went on to sell tens of millions of copies. If you were disappointed by that, then cheer up, because Activision has just announced that Modern Warfare Remastered will get a standalone release. This brings the classic Call of Duty 4 game to the Xbox One, PS4 and PC without the need to buy Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare or the need to wait for Call of Duty: WWII for boots on the ground combat. It will be the same version of the game that released with Infinite Warfare a year ago, coming with the full remastered campaign and 16 multiplayer maps. The other platforms should see releases in the near future.
Additionally, the Legacy Edition can be purchased for about $60-$70 at GameStop brand new for the sale price of $51 at Amazon at the time of posting this article. If you want the DLC maps, you'll have to pay more. Modern Warfare had some memorable missions, such as "All Ghillied Up", "Charlie Don't Surf", and "Crew Expendable".

The deciding factor will probably be Louisiana Democrat Cedric Richmond, who may be the best to have ever played in the game. Votes were canceled in the House on Wednesday, but on Thursday they were taking place.
There is also a Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Remastered multiplayer component that will allow you to relive your favorite maps and online gameplay.
