MTV will livestream Sunday's Manchester benefit concert

American pop star Ariana Grande landed in Manchester on Friday in order to pay a surprise visit to her fans who were injured in the terror attack at the end of her concert about two weeks ago.

Channel 9 will broadcast Ariana Grande's "One Love Manchester" benefit concert in a one-hour special Sunday following its NBA Finals telecast and Eyewitness News at 11 p.m.

It will air from 6.55pm BST to 10pm BST on Sunday June 4.

All proceeds from tickets and the TV rights will go to the We Love Manchester emergency fund, which is providing financial aid for families affected by the suicide bombing.

The May 22nd attack at Manchester Arena killed 22 people and injured dozens of others, many of them teenagers.

Fan Lily Harrison, eight, "felt like a rock star" after meeting her idol Grande on Friday at the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital on Friday.

Lauren Thorpe, the mother of 8-year-old Lily Harrison, tweeted a picture of the pair hugging, writing: "Tonight's visit from @ArianaGrande was fantastic".

"It was (a) tough realisation that we thought we may have lost her", he shared.

Jaden Farrell Mann, a young Manchester survivor, tweeted pictures of the pop star along with the message "I got to meet my queen today".

"We were the last room on the ward that she came to visit, so I think the excitement was building and building, and then she came skipping in".

The singer also took selfies with just about everyone including the hospital staff, and even took the time to chat on FaceTime with other fans that were at the original Manchester show.
