Ryan Gosling and Harrison Ford-reprising his role from the original Blade Runner, a la Star Wars: The Force Awakens, in a gambit that's certain to make some Blade Runner fans go, "Hmmmmmm"-are the obvious standouts". He knows how to do vibe, and in movies like Prisoners, Sicario, and Arrival, has shown an ability to inject color and feeling even with a palette of limited hues - a flawless skill set for the world of Rick Deckard.

Ana De Armas, MacKenzie Davis, Sylvia Hoeks, Lennie James, Carla Juri and Dave Bautista co-star. It's a striking image, but in the world of 2017, it's hard to imagine a universe where Atari even exists in the year 2049, let alone on the scale Blade Runner 2049 presents.

A full-length trailer of the forthcoming film sequel will arrive on Monday, May 8, which will coincide with a live question and answer (Q&A) with Gosling, Ford and director Denis VIlleneuve. If you've got a smart TV or a similar large screen, we suggest you watch the trailer on that to fully appreciate the beauty in the trailer. That's surely intentional, as Alcon Entertainment and Warner Brothers - along with director Denis Villeneuve (Arrival) - don't want to reveal too much about the story and whatever surprises await.

"Because I was young, I think it was one of the first films I had seen that it wasn't clear how I was supposed to feel when it was over", Gosling recalled of the original film.

Sridevi refused to play Sivagami in Bahubali
The film, which is having a historic run at the box office, is declared as the biggest film of the Indian cinema so far. Well this was wonderful opportunity, which Sridevi missed and the actress chose her film Puli over Baahubali 2.

The futuristic cityscape of Blade Runner 2049 appears similar to the 1982 sci-fi classic.

The trailer isn't even subtle in making sure you've noticed this. "And it was an interesting experience, a very gratifying experience".

"Blade Runner 2049" looks set to hit cinemas internationally at the beginning of October. Original Blade Runner co-writer Hampton Fancher has also co-written the new film.

The first teaser trailer for Blade Runner 2049, the sequel to Blade Runner, was released back in December.
