Nintendo Switch is undoubtedly the best-selling console to date and is a life-saver for the company after the Wii U's flop.

There's been an electric feeling in the air since Nintendo's launch of the Switch on March 3. That is up from its original forecast of 5 million units, showing that this is a better start than the research group was expecting. And the Nintendo Switch therefore has broken all records.

It is undoubtedly that the Nintendo Switch will get the top spot in March's sales.

Force India F1 Team Boss Arrested In London
A Metropolitan Police statement said officers from the Extradition Unit arrested Mallya on an extradition warrant from India. Mallya had earlier taken a swipe at the media, accusing it of "hyping" his arrest and blowing things out of proportion.

It's interesting to note that more copies on Nintendo Switch were sold than actual consoles, with Nintendo reasoning that many will have chosen to buy a limited edition as a collector's item and a second copy to play.

The initial success of the Switch - which works as both a TV-linked console and a portable device - is directly tied to Nintendo's classic video game franchise "The Legend of Zelda", according to analysts. They revealed that "Breath of the Wild" sold 1.3 million copies across the Switch and the Wii U consoles in North America, IGN reported. As for the game Breath of the Wild, it has scored nearly flawless reviews. Fast forward to today, and Nintendo has finally announced its official sales numbers for March, at least in the US. It might be too outlandish to say that Minecraft is a boring game but the truth of the matter is, many gamers find it quite interesting. The rendering of the game on the Nintendo Switch is astounding, with sharp and bright screens with powerful stereo speakers.

This is according to Citigroup, Inc., which says the Switch is ultimately too bulky for children to use easily (via Bloomberg). The Nintendo 3DS isn't exactly marketed towards adults, but its flip screens are easy for young children to want to snap in half. Including the launching of the world's most powerful console, the Project Scorpio, alongside an unbelievable lineup of new Xbox One games.
