"Some coaches are going to be glad because you don't lose as many guys toward the end of the signing period", Riley said, "where you have to go back and try to figure out which direction you're going to go".

- An early-signing period: The Council voted to change the recruiting calendar to allow for an early-signing period in December. Official visits can't occur in conjunction with a prospect's participation in a school's camp or clinic (effective August 1). The rule, as stated in the legislation, would prohibit FBS schools from "hiring people close to a prospective student-athlete for a two-year period before and after the student's anticipated and actual enrollment at the school".

NU athletic director Jim Phillips played a significant role in what analysts termed the most significant changes to college football recruiting in decades.

Also part of the new legislation are strict rules that mirror what is used in college basketball for individuals associated with prospects, or IAWP.

Four-star ATH Iverson Clement, who verbally committed to Florida on Thursday, weighed in on the new legislation.

Even though you did get a break in between, it was still a tremendous grind. In January, the Division I Committee for Legislative Relief ruled that schools may start practice one week earlier and may space out their practice allotment however they wish. "I think it's another job for another 128, 130 guys so I'd like to make effective immediately".

RCB vs MI: Virat Kohli announces comeback date
Virat Kohli also suggested that De Villiers, Chris Gayle and himself would play on Friday and Kedar Jadhav would keep wicket . Shane Watson has been dropped by the Royal Challengers Bangalore and the universal boss, Chris Gayle makes a comeback.

This change is expected to be the lead towards the big change of a December Early Signing Period, which is expected to get voted on in June.

Bielema, who is on the AFCA's board of trustees, said he thought the early signing period would be a "good thing for the student-athletes" when asked about the possibility of it on National Signing Day in February of this year. No, every kid in a recruiting class won't sign early, but who will? and how will it affect the construction of a team's recruiting class?

The changes in the practice structure endorse a plan created by the NCAA Sport Science Institute that eliminates multiple contact practices on the same day.

FBS programs will be limited to signing 25 prospective and current student-athletes to financial-aid agreements and National Letters of Intent.

== FCS programs will be allowed to hire a 10th assistant coach. How do you know how an athlete's going to grow physically, how their skills are going to be, game sense, maturity. "We will continue to monitor the recruiting environment to make sure the rules work as intended and we will suggest adjustments when necessary".

While the full verbiage of the change in point 3 hasn't been released yet, the camps at which coaches can recruit will likely be on-campus events, not off-campus or "satellite" camps. It's my opinion* that an early signing day wouldn't do a whole lot to curb flips and de-commits for WSU, in particular. It's not clear whether it is more likely that one or two new early signing dates are likely, and specifics regarding the changes to recruiting at camps and clinics are unclear as well.
