Known for directing Brick, Looper, and three of the best episodes of Breaking Bad (Fly, Fifty-One, Ozymandias), Johnson has cemented himself as one of the most unique and visionary directors working today so it was no surprise when he was announced as a director for the eighth film in the Star Wars franchise, picking up from where J.J Abrams left off. Johnson wrote and directed the movie starring Hamill, Driver, Ridley, Boyega, Isaac, Lupita Nyong'o, Domhnall Gleeson, Anthony Daniels, Gwendoline Christie, and Andy Serkis.

"The Last Jedi" presentation was the icing on the cake for fans, many of whom spent all of Wednesday night and early Thursday morning in the same queue hall, sleeping on the floor, but were later treated to appearances by their entertainment heroes in a never-ending parade of celebrity that included Star Wars creator George Lucas, Harrison Ford, and Oscar-winning movie composer John Williams, who gave a tear-inducing tribute performance in honor of the late Carrie Fisher. Let's just hope they don't spread him too thin, as he certainly has the potential to be a real highlight of The Last Jedi when it opens this December.

But one of the things discussed in the panel was how small Tran's stature is in comparison to Boyega or Ridley.

Ridley, as Rey replies: "Light. It's hard when you meet your heroes because it might not be what you expect".

BB-8 will also feature heavily in the new film.

During an Interview with ABC News, Kathleen said: "Sadly, Carrie will not be in nine". Luke tells her to "Breathe".
