Speaking of Phaedra, a judge has kicked her divorce judgment to the curb because it was deemed to be unfair to Apollo.

According to TMZ, a judge pumped the breaks on finalizing the matter after Nida's last name was misspelled on documents.

The report comes via TMZ, who says "Apollo wants to go back on the hunt to determine what property is fair game to split ... property he says includes a million-dollar marital home, millions of dollars in personal property and several businesses".

He is also hoping to secure joint legal custody of their sons Ayden, six, and three-year-old Dylan. Phaedra's divorce is finalized, and while she can be congratulated about the end of the process, there's a difference between happy about the end of a process and then also making a spectacle of the whole thing.

But most notably, there will be a "removal of electronic devices from backstage", according to Boone Isaacs. The Hollywood Reporter first reported the news.

Phaedra and Apollo officially separated in 2014 after almost five years of marriage, and they have two sons - Ayden, six; and Dylan, three.

Nida, 38, is now serving an eight-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to bank fraud and identity theft in May 2014.
