ESPN's Field Yates was the first to report the signing.

The Packers saw enough in Christine Michael's late-season audition to take another look at the fifth-year running back. He tallied 114 yards in the regular season and 58 yards in the playoffs.

Michael's return gives the Packers three halfbacks heading into next months NFL Draft.

Michael entered the National Football League as a second-round pick (62nd overall) by the Seattle Seahawks in the 2013 draft. Michael played in only 9 games after the Packers claimed him off waivers from Seattle in November.

5K run raises $20000 for Osceola Meals on Wheels
This is the department responsible with offering government support for a variety of programs, including Meals on Wheels. The Osceola Council on Aging Meals on Wheels program raised more than $20,000 at its annual March for Meals 5K Saturday.

Among the 42 running backs to top 100 carries in 2016, Michael's -0.01 Rushing Net Expected Points per attempt was 20th in the group.

Lacy signed this offseason with the Seattle Seahawks.

One has to assume the Green Bay Packers are nearly done in free agency.

While Michaels helps add depth to the depleted Packers' running game with Ty Montgomery, it still does not offer a clear answer to who the number one feature back will be next season, if there is one.
